Need help navigating the complicated world of housing assistance? We’re here for you. Lifelong manages nearly two dozen units in North Seattle for people with severe medical conditions and 160 units throughout Seattle for anyone over the age of 24.
Depending on your unique circumstances, we offer three different housing options:

How do I know if I’m eligible for housing?
You must be homeless or rent burdened (meaning, must be paying 50% of their income towards rent)
Have an HIV diagnosis
Living in Snohomish, Island, Skagit, San Juan, and Whatcom County
OR living at 50% below Average Median Income ($30,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on family size)
How soon can I Become housed?
Our housing program does not operate on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Instead, we use a priority-based wait list so that people who are most medically vulnerable can access housing quickly. Your safety and well-being are our top priority, and we will do our very best to help find you a stable place to live.
To work with our team, you will need a referral through the King County Regional Housing Authority’s Coordinated Entry System. First, you must make an appointment at a KCRHA Regional Access Point, of which there are five locations in King County. Please note, these offices do not take walk-ins.
